The Recovery Edit is a scannable Ease Code that transforms vending mishaps into curated solutions. If a product doesn’t vend or a transaction fails, guests can simply scan the code placed on the machine to access a dedicated page on my website.

On this page, guests can:

• Confirm the machine ID (auto-filled via QR).
• Submit purchase details (time, item number, payment method).
• File for a refund, verified against my transaction logs.
