With The Zen Lounge™, I set out to reimagine what an airport lounge can be. While a handful of airports around the world have pools, I wanted to take that idea further, creating a centerpiece paddleboard pool that transforms wait time into wellness, workout, and revenue all at once. Every element, from interactive features like The Soft Grab with Alo socks to restorative zones like the Contour Lounge is curated to turn layovers into elevated moments. The Zen Lounge proves that wellness can be both experiential and profitable for airports, while giving passengers something unforgettable.

Ease Concierge
The welcome point of the lounge, where service begins with ease. Staff greet guests, confirm access, hold carry-on bags, and offer tokens for interactive moments, setting a smooth rhythm before the journey through the lounge begins.

An elegant vending installation that dispenses freshly laundered towels for rental. Rolled like curated artifacts, each towel feels more boutique spa than terminal utility, allowing guests to prepare for the pool or showers with ease.

A hydrating zone designed as a pause between movement and renewal. Behind its sleek panels, vending machines offer a clean edit of essentials: flat water for balance, coconut water for restoration, and curated teas for calm. At the heart of the lounge, a paddleboard yoga pool offers travelers an unexpected way to reset. Classes run throughout the day to accommodate longer layovers, giving guests with more than an hour the chance to enjoy a full workout, stretch, and breathe before boarding their next flight. It’s movement transformed into renewal, perfectly timed for the pace of travel.

A quiet retreat designed for travelers who need pause as much as movement. Individual meditation pods offer privacy and calm, with soft lighting, acoustic comfort, and guided practices available by scan. Whether it’s ten minutes of breathwork or a longer reset between flights, Ease Haven turns downtime into restoration, a sanctuary inside the flow of travel.

The Arctic Gallery is presented as a hospitality menu, offering frozen selections curated into five categories. Fruit as Sculpture highlights refreshing fruit pops and sorbets. The Coconut Canvas brings forward creamy plant-based pints and dairy-free indulgences. Miniature Gallery features mochi, açaí bites, and small treats designed for quick delight. Protein Portraits balances the menu with Greek yogurt bars, light ice creams, and probiotic options. Matcha Impression introduces green tea–inspired creations and chocolate-matcha pairings for calm, sustained energy. Together, the menu reflects a balance of wellness, indulgence, and design, elevating frozen treats into an artful hospitality experience.

Alongside lockers for stowing small items, a curated row of vending machines offers travel essentials and luxuries alike: Crown Reserve for premium haircare products including shampoos and serums; Modessence for feminine wellness and even Oura Rings; and a Sephora vending machine stocked with skincare and makeup. Transit Lockers transform what’s typically a utilitarian stop into a lifestyle hub, giving travelers both peace of mind and last-minute essentials before departure.
